returns and exchange policy
Orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt, or before December 25th (whichever comes 1st). Do NOT return items without instructions from a Christmas Central rep. Items must be unused and include all hardware, instructions, and accessories in the original packaging, with a copy of your invoice. If your item is damaged or defective you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unless we made a mistake, the following items are non-returnable: Giant Everest Trees, Grand Teton Trees, Food Items, Patio Furniture Sets, Life-Size Nativities, Clothing, Shoes, Wigs, and Inflatables.
